The 2013 work program was successful and now engineering studies are planned in 2014.

So what we are looking for when they talk further about the program in mid-March is big engineering. The comments from Teck sounded muted but that isn't enough information for us to know what is really going on this summer.

RT: The Detailed Design process will be a $100M dollar commitment from Teck whereas an engineering study is a simple report or analysis.

I was thinking about this and I think the estimated dollar commitment is too high just because when they announced the JV Elmer said that the $60 Million Teck is to spend on costs pre-production were anticipated to be sufficient to get us to the production decision. Still, point taken, we need to see a major engineering program.

If we get some sort of budget in mid-March then we should have a better idea of the extent of the engineering.
