....you would think that if the road is to be completed by March 2016 they had better start soon...without the road their whole production schedule will be delayed. Am I correct in saying that they haven't even submitted the EA application for approval ...according to the schedule they were expecting approval in January (2014.)...so they are aready behind schedule
