How do you know a 'real' rumour from a false one?

A real rumour, as opposed to your example that was not a rumour.

I have clearly stated on many occasions that I do not care if something is positive or negative for this stock as long as the post is sincere.

The fact that people are posting on this board usually means they are invested in this stock, therefore a bias towards looking for something good naturally exists. Personally I don't mind someone coming up with a negative interpretation to test my theories.

Rampant bashing though is a complete waste of time.
