In the JV agreement it states that if we offer Teck a FROR and they decline it, then we have 6 months in order to complete the transaction with another party.

Does anyone know what happens after the 6 months is up? Does everything reset back as if the FROR was never presented as far as the JV is concerned and secondly, would Elmer need to already have an interested buyer in mind if Teck refuses?.....6 months is not a long time to complete a sale of Schaft Creek from scratch imo
