Elmer's response to my written communication to him

Your analysis is correct and in a similar fashion that is what my plans are. Clearly I do not want to sell for less than value. That is why the results of the 2013 program are so important to establish additional value.

In your analysis do not forget the Foreign Exchange, Schaft Creek economics is most affected by this. We used a 0.97 in the FS and as this number decreases, the NPV increases.
