You are correct. I'll try and pay closer attention from now on .

Do you know why those flags are visible besides the posts.

Maybe a hubleader can look into it. Only hubleaders should be able to view who submits voilation reports.

Doesn't bother me though because I've never submitted a violation report in the 2+ years that I have been here.
