the site says the grades are .39 the grades at Highland Valley are .4 so Teck is very experienced at this low grade extraction levels

I guess not enough holes were drilled to let the 171 tons of waste to get into the Infered category. At this point it seems like a costly mistake and difficult to see how they could let it happen. Would of taken a lot of the quessing out eventhough most betting persons would say the average would probably be .39 at least, which is mineable and not waste.
