Before we had the staff cuts....we have the same "NR`s" as when they are not there.

I to herd Elmer is sick....some else MUST have authority to do NR`s.

I know it don`t mean too much with watching the SP slide and slide....so I think ANY NR would be good for us. "just venting I guess"
