CUU would boost Teck's Gold potential tremendously. It would be a great property for Teck to get involved in because SC is diversified: Cu, Au, Ag, Mo, Rh.

EE could be asking more than what Teck is prepared to pay, especially if they cannot find a MAJOR partner willing to pay a similar (if not more) amount to partner with Teck
