Why would Teck need an independent geo review when they have all this in-house expertise? Am I wrong?

Yup, imho, there will be no independant review. Teck has their own team of experts and geologists to review the results and I'm willing to bet that if they like what they see we will see an offer before any revised RE, BFS etc. is published.

Also, other Majors that are following this ( and you can bet there are ) don't need an independant revision of BFS or RE to figure out if the economics will work. If they are talking to Teck, Teck will bring them up to speed on the project.

Imho, I think we will get a surprise offer out of the blue sometime next year in the first quarter. If metal prices start moving in a big way between now and then I think we will get an acceptable offer EE will go for and imo it will surprise the market. Nevertheless, once metal prices start moving up ( and I don't think that will be too long ) we are getting bought out. Holding, long and strong.
