Soon, Elmer might be right about the availability of water in AZ vs BC. If water becomes more heavily regulated in BC (which it will). Then I'm sure Teck will want to get EA approval prior to that happening. Teck is already working with the Ministry of Environ. And would be completely in the loop to when this will all roll out. Timing is everything right now.
