The FSA is concerned with preliminary engineering, project plans and cost estimates. It may influence how much production but would Hydro be doing it if they had no assurances that Teck was going to proceed. That is my point.

Is the second payment based on a specific production rate being announced or just going into production.? As usual it is a bit vague but positive.
