You are probably an inexperienced investor. The price is clearly not representing the value of this company since its exactly the same company fundamentally compared to when it was worth 2,75 in 2011. The drop in price is as I said before mainly due to macro economical factors such as the emerging markets being in a dip. You are not going to put money in a junior if you think there wont be enough demand for copper, how great the deposit might be. As a result we are seeing a completely oversold junior market. Dont forget, copper is an industrial metal. That means ita demand is highest in a booming economy unlike gold for instance which is more a safehaven in dark times.
Its too easy to just blame it on the company itself. Companies like this ofcourse dont make a profit. So they are valued on basis of two things:
1. Macro circumstances; mainly how china is doing and how much copper is demanded
2. How feasible and profitable can this company become
You asks yourself which has changed in the period from 2011-2013...
