I really doubt Elmer ever said the phrase, "mind blowing." Anyone who has spoken with him would find that he is far more cautious when he speaks than that. He has said he thought it may be a district in News Releases.
I went back to an earlier post around the time this phrase was being bandied about and these are some of the comments:
They will compare our cost to Galore and say ''what ? that can't be right? Galore didn't have those numbers ? You must have made a mistake!!''
But Elmer is very prepared and has had multiple contractors for the same job back up the numbers.
The comments were talking about the costs, not the general results. It was probably a simple comment talking about the reality that people in the industry might not believe the numbers. It has been blown up over time to suggest he was talking about the bottom-line FS results.
