I'm wondering why the website is still under construction. It looks like the Schaft Creek information is being mostly eradicated. Even the picture has more often than not been replaced by the one with the foxes instead of Schaft Creek.

Maybe they are planning on doing that spinoff for Desert Fox sooner rather than later? So we would get 1 share of Desert Fox for every 20 (for example) of Copper Fox, and maintain our current shares in Copper Fox. Going forward, Copper Fox would no longer offer PPs and there would be no further dilution until Teck makes their decision. In the meantime, Desert Fox would churn along with the AZ properties, and perhaps others that they are currently looking at acquiring, with substantially reduced outstanding shares. We weren't expecting this until after the sale of our share of SC, but anything is possible now.

It might explain why it is taking so long to update the website. They might be doing some legal work and then we have the vote at the AGM. This would also explain why the insiders bought their options now instead of waiting until they were closer to expiration. I think it was Mike who said that they debated taking down the website before they announced the JV with Teck but then decided to leave it up and amend it afterwards. Well, it has been over 6 weeks since then and it seems very odd that they wouldn't have managed to update the website in that time period. It just doesn't take this long.
