My theory is its likely the 'fake David' who mysteriously appeared since the BFS dropped and regularly participates in the ongoing pump and dump recycling with decent volumes.

I bet dollars to donuts its someone who knows we (this board) watch National like a hawk for insider buying, and uses the L2 to shake whatever shares loose they can.

At these bargain basement prices its a valid strategy for those type of people.
