$25K tax free dividend is better than nothing!!

Here is what I think will happen. A new public company vehicle will be set up, called Desert Fox Holdings. CUU will sell the 100% shares it owns of Desert Fox Copper to Desert Fox Holdings, in exchange for shares of Desert Fox Holdings. CUU will declare a dividend in kind. The dividend will be the shares of Desert Fox Holdings. We will now own shares of CUU and shares of Desert Fox Holdings.
