CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
These are great times to be free of funding worries and even more, to have 20M in the piggy to develop or buy... Too bad the market does not feel the same about Copper Fox... I really wish we are drilling at the moment, I'd like to see a part of all the good stuff hapening to us recently having an effect on our SP... I'm not sure how good drill results would affect the sp anyway but that would get us closer to the liquidity event, the real one this time..
I agree. I would redefine liquidity event at this moment.
Our liquidity event can be a complete buyout of Copper Fox Shares, buyout of our interest of 25% in the JV in Schaft Creek for X amount and a dividend, or Schaft Creek value is unlocked further and more recognized by big instituational buyers shooting our SP higher and we call can sell at whatever price level we want.
As for drilling, I talked to Jason last week and that Teck will let Copper Fox knows when they plan to drill. I believe we will be getting some sort of NR about drilling.
Last time I spoke to Mike, he said he will be very surprised that Teck's audit of the drillers will take a lot of time when I asked if it'll take into mid August. He said no, he thinks Teck can make a decision very quickly.
But gut feeling tells me that we might be drilling and get a NR sometime next week say drilling has been started etc etc etc....
