With CAPEX at say $4 billion, CUU's portion of 1 billion would take 10 years to repay with cash flow of 100 million.

1) That's assuming the capex is $4 Billion and that Teck can't improve the numbers

2) This is using the Feasibility with waste rock, no 5%, no improved recoveries and reduced processing costs and using 1/2 the resource for a a 130,000 tpd mine...

We all know this won't be the case but let's use those nu,bers but change the 8% to 5%.

Base case. 1.7 Billion , CUU's payback (assuming capex is $4 Billion) = 2 years

ROV, 2.665 Billion, CUU' s payback= 1 year and a couple months

Again that's assuming everything above, no Feasibility enhancements. Just imagine with better recoveries, 180,000 tpd or more, Waste rock tirned into $$$ not cost, cheaper capex (using Teck numbers), higher grades from the Paramount zone that had not been included.

CUU will be bought out long before all of that.
