I thought the last time Don Lindsay spoke about QB2 he was cooling on it. This is from a report by Raymond James that BurningRoF quoted on June 10th:

Recall that we previously pushed QB2’s start-up date to 2018E (from 2017E), following Teck’s CEO Don Lindsay indicating at a recent investment conference that a Board decision on the project is at least 18 months away.

As RT said, their two partners owning a total of 23.5%, are thinking of selling rather than paying for the expansion. I wonder if this is causing the delay. It must be causing some difficulties at the Board level.
