They may also hold off the AGM as long as they can to try and get the EA submission in. The warrants they extended and repriced might need that kind of delivery to garner shareholder support. I believe the debate on voting resulted with the notion that EE can't vote on the warrants as he would be in conflict. A few positive drill results couldn't hurt either.
