It's more about mandates that they have to their investors. They may want to buy us because of the reasons you've listed and the general fundamentals - but they can't as we have to be over $1 for many institutions. It's just the psychological perception of "penny stocks". Even if our market cap is higher than others in their portfolio, if the SP is over $1 they can buy. They can't get us over $1 if they can't buy in the first place. Until drill results we don't have a catalyst to send us to that point.
Of course, retail and private investors (or insiders) can send us there - but if I've learned anything from this investment so far is - you probably have time to get what you want. Slow and steady wins the race, no need to push the SP up trying to get more.
