Correct me if i am wrong, but we are 0% dead in the water, and not at the mercy of Teck. If anything we are now free of the agreement and Teck has made their intentions. We are free to find someone who wants to buy us, and if we do Teck has an opportunity to take us for that price within a time frame. If declined we proceed with the offer we had. So if anything we are less dead in the water. Sorry if i am missunderstanding something, but i am fairly sure this is correct.
