IMHO, if Teck decides to buy us out, they themselves might be able to input the core analyses into a software model and be satisfied. If we need to sell to others, the resource estimate would likely need to be redone, but it shouldn't take so long. First, they can build on the existing re, and second the company doing the re (and updated feasibility, if needed) would be less busy now than they were a couple years ago.
