It looks like our deadline accuracy on the EA application is no better than the Feasibility Study (possibly because they are related?).

In August 2011 we were planning on submitting the EA in Q4 2011.

In May 2012 we were planning on submitting the EA in Q4 2012.

In April 2013 we were planning on submitting the EA in Q3 2013.

Should we start placing bets?
