so the first NR "we are negotiating but may walk" terse NR came out at about 120 days (june 5) the second equally uninformative NR came out 20 days later (June 24)

are these terse NR's meaning they are giving 20 day extentions, if so we would be expecting another in a week

grasping here for some logic
