There have not been any insider trades since April 2. I suspect ALL insiders are currently in a black out, including the directors. No, I have not yet confirmed this with the office.

Of note, since the BFS was dropped on Dec. 21st, DM sold 200,000 shares on Dec. 28th and then subsequently added 410,500 prior to April 3.

DM's wife owns 60,500 shares, all purchased since Dec.21. As of today, DM owns 12,689,800 shares.

Since Dec 21, EE has increased his holdings by 4,929,263 shares.

EE now holds 225,753,189 shares.

I realize this is purely anecdotal, but I find it hard to believe these gentlemen would purchase 5,400,263 shares since Dec.21 if they did not feel there would be a very nice return.
