Well, they did not announce an extension of the contract terms.

They may not have extended the terms. Just because we didn't hear anything does not mean that Teck didn't adhere to the contract and make a decision. They could have made the decision and now they are finishing off the definitive JV terms under which they will proceed with the exploration budget.
