EA? It should be completed in q3... at the earliest...

Let's not forget that completion of the EA in Q2/Q3 means completion of the application for official submission to the government for review. Even though CUU has been working with the province on EA issues over the years, we're still looking at up to a year or so following the official submission date until the process is completed and permits are granted (or refused, which I think is highly unlikely) IMO.
