CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
There is not proof that CUU is playing hardball. What if CUU and Teck has been negotiating since February? Nobody knows.
The NR last week doesn't show that the Salazar agreement or the 120 days is gone.
I feel that the NR last week on that date shows management knows that the 120 days is there and that the agreement is there. They chose to overlook it because what they are negotiating benefits the company more. I'm going to try to call them this week and see what's going on.
