If cuu management agrees to amend the all important Salazar agreement, wouldn't that require a NR to inform the retails and the public? Teck's wish and desires for quietness, if indeed that is the case, do not override the securities rules for disclosure. While I have no choice but to practise the virtue of patience, I sure wish cuu management has at least some concern for the need of the retailers to be informed, albeit in a general way, about what is going on with the company! JMO GLTA!
