You say may be felt soon. CUU has said they have no intention of exercising the contract unless they are forced to. Seems to me they are trying to find a best interests course as a way to avoid the contractual terms. Not sure how that's going to play out if we don't get an offer that makes everyone happy. It seems like a dangerous game.
