This paragragh (news Feb 4, 2013) says the statement "Feasibility Notice to Teck" is included in this news release, but it's not there.
Sometimes the cautionary notes refer to things that are not explicitly stated in the body of the document, I've noticed from past NR. However, the NR refers to the Agreement with Teck, and as everyone knows that mentions the delivery of a Feasibility Notice.
I think this means the feasibility notice is implicit in the delivery of the Feasibility itself (or, as the contract states the copy of the feasibility if you want to split hairs) along with the expenditures.
Personally this satisfies me that they know a FN has to be delivered and that it includes the FS and the expenditures. Probably the lawyers wrote the cautionary notes and attempted to touch on every possible item that might have been clearly stated or implied.
This might have been the most important NR issued so far by this company so they must have had their lawyers review it and the Teck people. I just don't buy that they forgot something. Only my opinion though.
