Foxy, I agree that you were simply asking why this thread didn't appear on the Off Topic forum - a reasonable question, I thought, which is why I've already 'unremoved' your original post at least twice. I've just 'unremoved' your latest one too. I'll keep on 'unremoving' it every time it's removed. Time to let it go, though, and accept that moderator action can be irritatingly inconsistent at times.
