My personal comfort level has soared since the election results have confirmed there won't be a change in the BC government. the problem with the NDP was I didn't know what changes they may have made. now we have the same govt. that previously said, they wanted to speed the approval process. good news for us.

It is really nice to see a little strength in the share price and it seems the general mkt. may also have a feeling of relief too. uncertainty is a powerful enemy in a weak market like this.

I'm still expecting some news by June 4th. I wont complain if it's an extension of the time frame as long as it has a definite date. eg. 30-60 days.

Let's hope it's something better......chunky
