Surprising outcome with a Liberal majority including a 4 seat boost in the Legislature. The election was the NDP's to lose and they lost it by being unable to convince people that they won't spend us to death like previous NDP governments and that Mr Dix would represent any real difference when it comes to politics and accountability. The Liberals were deemed to be the lesser of the two evils. The Green Party eroded some NDP strength too.

The day has only begun, but I see that the election results really didn't boost our SP though I'm not surprised. I think for us that it is all about the Teck decision now. Not even big positive political surprises seem to have much sway.

Anyone notice other BC jr's take off today? just curious.

One month+ without a CUU NR. I think that is some kind of record.
