No Vette, Teck is not walking - they are taking it all with other partner(s) probably - most likely. Imho, they would be shooting themselves in the foot if they don't take it all now. We have enough data that ES has confidently called this a district. Does Teck want to back in now, spend millions on it and then later pay up to take us out or perhaps lose a big chunk through a bidding war with one of their competitors? If I were Teck, I would take it all now at a reasonably price rather than make it more expensive to acquire later.
