Why can't it be before? For some reason I think end of May or before is very possible (perhaps before a drilling plan). But to expect something on June 4th at 6am is kinda setting ourself up for disappointment (not that we are not used to it, right?).

I think May and June should be the limit, and then we will be entitled to some grade A freakouts. If (big if) we are negociating something with T and perhaps other parties then I can understand that more time is needed. But man, do we need something to chew on until then.

My problem with this is that I have this idea that something is cooking when in fact T might have already typed, printed ans signed a letter to be sent on June 4th to CUU with our worst case scenarios being their decision.
