Is that right ? I don't know. Does it matter, with regard to current negotiations (sorry, discussions)? I don't know.

The company has not been communicative on this matter to those who have tried to find clarity. I've been thinking for months about sending questions via a registered letter to CUU just so that they're on the record in a way that an email or a conversation is not. Sometimes I decide to wait until June 4 or thereabouts; sometimes I feel like writing that letter 'now'.

That's my view as a CUU investor, not as an HL. So long as no one goes overboard I'm inclined to let such posts stand. If it turns out that I'm in a minority, I won't object to any other HL or group of HLs from taking action.
