I am sure there are many other companies that have or are doing DD on CUU and the BC properties. But if any were serious there would have been other offers by now. Even if Teck has first right of refusal, others can still take a stab at us.

Bottom line is as the downward trend continues, more and more interested parties will step up but at what price???
