Thanks Pickerel for that note on the clock. By chance did Elmer mention an exact date it was delivered or anything about the Notice itself?

The fact that the Agreement is so clear about the Notice really doesn't allow for much reason to think that we could have omitted that important part of the FS delivery. If Elmer is confident that the clock is ticking then that must mean that the Notice was handled properly. And really, why shouldn't it? I'm just puzzled as to why we need to beat around the bush with the start dates.
