mTs... thats an old presentation. Slide 7 lists off the requirements for CUU to acquire 100% of Teck's interest, and indicates that in 2007 one of those requirements was "Done". Without sifting back through milestones... I believe the rest of the requirements on that old 2007 list have been achieved. And now... its Teck's turn to decide what option they want to exercise to buy back into the project.
