Elmer did say that because the FS is so long and detailed and it is such a large investment for Teck that they(Teck) would be given the time needed to make a decision.

I am kinda wondering if Teck might try to extract some financial favour from our current goverrnment and in trade let them(liberals) announce the mine in the upcoming election.
