actually I think the unknown purchaser had a NPI of about 5% converted to a NSR of 2.75% post FS for 32million in cash. Giving WRN $32 million to advance the permitting above and beyond FS costs. But you are right prospect, selling a revenue stream is a great way to generate cash now.
