Technically we're developing more than we are exploring. Our exploration is relatively minimal compared to our expenditures. Even now, our money is spent on EA stuff, Power stuff etc. We don't have an exploration plan yet (though understandable since it depends on Teck).

I wouldn't say we're a mid-tier though, I'd agree we'd have to have at least one operating mine, even if overall cashflow was negative. We're more than a junior explorer though. I'd say junior developer?
