Questions Tech might want answered before choosing an option or forming a JV.

- What is the current CUU price for the Laird interest? The 30% carried Net Proceeds Interest held by Liard on the "Schedule A" mineral tenures carries a huge end of game production value. CUU owns these now and it could be a huge stumbling block.

- will CUU include in a JV and or a new option agreement and will the 400x "Expenditures" be used in further drilling of the new lands exploration.
