Agreed.

Elmer merely acknowledged that the agreement noted a specific timeline...but then again, Elmer doesn't seem to be holding Teck's feet to the fire regarding contract stipulations. I don't think we should raise our expectations here. Neither should we be disappointed if we don't see anything.
