Within the pit shell there is a total of 171.16 million metric tons of inferred resource grading 0.25 percent copper, 0.018 percent molybdenum, 0.164 grams per metric ton gold and 1.58 g/t silver which for purposes of this study is treated as waste rock;
The gold is a bit low but if taken into account the waste is worth about $2.1 Billion assuming a copper eq at $2.50 a pound. There is a waste compnent consisting of gravels. It represents about 6%. That expense is calculated in the above price. What I didn't price was how not having to remove all of it effects the pit profits. As a feed source it should enhance the overall value. To us it's worth $50 million!
