I agree. We can be sure Teck wants this deposit but what if they need more time to arrange financing . If they feel this slipping away from them they may just declare that Cuu did not live up to it's part of the bargain. Right or wrong (we know wrong) off to court we go.

Then we are tied up for months if not years. After which we have a ruling and have to start negotiating with Teck as an adversary not a friend.

We can get to point A working with Teck a lot quicker than trying to force them there.
