Mike should google "Bankable" and "Copper fox metals". The term bankable appears some 149 times in the same breath... on copper fox web pages (albiet a lot of NR's but still)...
Now he is stating that 'bankable' was used "a few generations’ ago "... How can he say this to investors with a straight face? Since when is 2002 so long ago?
He's mixing up the Salazar definition of 'bankable' with (apparently) the SEC definition which I don't think applies since the contract defines the term itself. If this term is 'no longer accepted or encouraged by the regulators of the industry" then it shouldn't be all over their website and each and every NR and their FS etc etc.
I should think the SEC (in this generation) would have an issue of management saying one thing to folks on the phone and in emails while stating in writing on the website and NR's something completely contradictory.
